How it works
One completed interview is counted when a participant finishes a conversation. The same $150 covers 20 small panels of 5 participants each, or one large panel of 100.

Additional interviews are $5 each, billed in arrears.

What counts as a completed interview?
A completed interview is one where a participant finishes the conversation with the AI interviewer. You could run 20 different research panels with 5 participants each, or one panel with 100 participants — same count, $150 covers both.
What happens if I go over 100 interviews in a month?
Additional interviews are $5 each, billed in arrears. There is no hard cap and no service interruption — you don't have to predict your volume in advance.
Do you charge per seat?
No. You can invite your whole research team — analysts, founders, customer-success — at no extra cost. Pricing is based on completed interviews only.
Is there a free trial?

Are prices in AUD or USD?
Prices are quoted in AUD. International customers are billed via Stripe in their local currency at the prevailing rate.
How does volume pricing work?
For 500+ interviews/month, contact us and we'll quote a volume plan that's cheaper per interview than the $5 overage rate. Custom plans for 5,000+/month include dedicated infrastructure and an SLA.
Do you use my interview data to train your models?
No. Your interview transcripts and analysis outputs are not used to train any model — yours or any third-party provider's. We use Anthropic and ElevenLabs APIs under terms that exclude training on customer data.
